These were taken on a beautiful sunny day on a portion of the Blue Ridge Parkway in the Great Balsams, where you can see down both sides of the ridge at the same time. I set my camera’s white balance to “fluorescent” to get the blue cast, and later, I layered the images to create new images with a touch of ethereal mystery.
